Where we ship

We ship within the United States only — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is not available yet.

What it costs

• $7.95 flat rate per order
• Free shipping on orders over $75

The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay. We do not add handling fees.

How long it takes

Every hat is assembled, pressed and inspected by hand before it leaves. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once USPS has the package, delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on your state.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. An order placed on a weekend starts counting on the next business day.

Tracking your order

You get a confirmation email as soon as your payment goes through. The USPS tracking number appears in your account under Orders the moment we buy the label.

Address problems

Check your address carefully at checkout — USPS will not redirect a package once it is moving. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we reship it as soon as you confirm the corrected address, and you only pay the postage again.

Lost, stolen or crushed packages

Add Safe Landing ($1.95) in your cart and we replace the order at our cost if it is lost, stolen or destroyed in transit — no claim forms. Without it, a lost package has to go through a USPS claim, which we will help you file.
